Context
In order to convert CSV files to product type JSON for Commercetools, we use the package sphere-product-type-json-generator. This package causes errors when installed under Windows.

Decision
The Lambda function responsible for importing product types now has a seperate Lambda layer: packaged in a ZIP file, it includes "only" the package the Lambda needs to operate.
